Brother MFC-J895DW Driver Download  - The Brother MFC-J895DW is a light duty all-in-one printer designed for use in homes and small offices. It sports an attractive minimalist design that hides the paper tray and automatic document feeder (ADF) when not in use. It also has separate ink cartridges for magenta, cyan, yellow, and black, wired and wireless network connectivity, and near field communication (NFC) support for direct interaction with smartphones.

Design

The Brother MFC-J895DW is a fairly standard all-in-one printer, with a slightly styled rectangular shape with bends and tilt. It looks great when not in use, as the paper tray slides securely against the body, and the automatic document feeder folds flat to blend seamlessly with the top of the printer.

Scan and Copy Quality

Using the ADF and flatbed scanner, the Brother MFC-J895DW delivers sharp, clear document scans that are pure black and white. The resulting PDF looks great, and printing from a PDF or from the live copy function, both resulting in crisp text and accurately reproduced graphics.

Scanning a color photo also takes longer than it should be, especially taking into account the quality of the output. Black and white scans are much sharper.

While this printer can perform automatic duplexing when printing, it does not have the capability to scan both sides of a two-sided document automatically. You can scan and copy stacks of one-sided documents and print them as two-sided documents, but scanning two-sided documents must be done manually.

Printing 

When working purely with text documents, the Brother MFC-J895DW brings out some of the best quality I've seen in an inkjet printer. The text is dark and sharp. You really can't expect anything better from a printer in this price range. I'm not a big fan of duplex mode, which produces lower-quality prints, but it's a great feature to have if you really need it.

The Brother MFC-J895DW also handled graphics well enough for my proofs, with decent color reproduction and an acceptable level of detail when printing on plain paper.

Speed

Scan speeds are quite acceptable, with A4 color pages taking ten seconds at 150dpi and 14 seconds at 300dpi. Photocopies are also produced casually, with a mono page taking 17 seconds and a color copy taking 21 seconds. The 20-page automatic document feeder, however, is really quiet: ten copies take nearly two and a half minutes in black, and three minutes in color.

The procedure for downloading and installing the printer driver 

1. For Windows OS:
