Brother MFC-j995 Driver Download  -The Brother INKvestment MFC-J995DW ($199) is an all-in-one inkjet designed for small business / home office use. This model offers a wide range of small office features and high capacity ink cartridges which provide a very low cost per page. The INKvestment cartridge that comes in the box can last for a year, according to the company, making it one of the best all-in-one printers we've seen for affordable ink. Given this high ink yield, you might wish that this all-in-one had a paper tray with a higher capacity of 150 sheets.

The MFC-J995DW is lightning fast for printing mixed text and color graphics, producing our six-page document in just 1 minute and 13.8 seconds, or 4.9 ppm. It's only seconds away from the fastest model, the Epson XP-640, and far exceeds the 2.7 ppm average. In fact, the MFC-J995DW makes double-sided prints faster than the category average for single-sided prints. It makes duplex prints of the same document at an impressive 3 ppm.

Glossy letter-size photos print in 4 minutes and 6 seconds, slightly faster than the 4 minutes and 33 seconds average. However, it is considerably slower than our current Editor's Choice, the Canon Pixma TS9120, which prints the same photo in just 1 minute and 57 seconds.

Using the ADF to make one-sided copies of text documents, the MFC-J995DW does this at 7 ppm - faster than the 4.7 ppm single page speed.

Brother's INKvestment MFC-J995DW offers many decent office features at a reasonable price, including a fast duplexer. As long as the size of your job is modest and almost exclusively on plain paper, this efficient model is likely to thrill you with its very low ink costs. Print, copy and scan quality is all high, as long as you ignore mediocre photo scans. The one sheet limitation in the dedicated paper slot hinders the flexibility of this model, as does the simple 20-sheet ADF. But if most of your plain paper jobs fit this range, this money-saving all-in-one is very likely to fulfill its duties in your office.
