Brother DCP-J140W Driver Download - This multifunction inkjet printer is a combination of a print machine, a scan machine, a copy machine that is made into one machine. With a black printer body design that looks quite elegant & compact even though it looks quite wide, this printer has a control panel that makes it easy for users to use. This Brother is informed to replace the Brother DCP-J125. Unfortunately, the Brother DCP J140w is not equipped with direct photo print capability, which can print photos directly from digital cameras and memory cards like the Brother DCP-J125. Brother seems to replace this feature by adding a wifi system feature for its wireless connection to make it easier to print directly from a wifi-enabled device and make it easier to connect with several PC devices to print on this one printer. The Brother DCP J140w printer also has a one-line lcd screen that makes it easy for users to work with this printer, especially when setting up directly before using the printer or when using the printer, even though the screen size is smaller than the Brother DCP-J125. The control panel looks simple and well located, making it easier to use.

Brother claims that the DCP-J140W can print up to 33 black pages per minute (ppm) or 27 color, but the 5ipm figure obtained by testing ISO/IEC 24734 gives a more accurate impression; that of a rather slow printer. The fastest speed we calculated was 13.4ppm when producing 25 pages of draft text, but at normal print quality this drops to just 5.4ppm. Color graphics are just 3.7ppm, while postcard-sized borderless photos take just over two and a half minutes each.

Unfortunately the quality is nothing special. On plain paper, the black and colored ink has no impact and the black text has a slightly approximated outline, suggesting at a glance that it came from an inkjet. While photo prints are nothing special either, they are more than adequate for occasional use.

This Brother DCP J140w inkjet printer with physical dimensions of 390 x 360 x 150 mm, weighs 6.8 kg. Brother claims that the Brother DCP-J140w is capable of printing at speeds up to 33 ppm (pages per minute) in black & white or monochrome mode. As for color printing, this printer is capable of printing at speeds up to 27 ppm with a print resolution that can reach up to 1200 x 6000 dpi. It is enough to be able to accommodate the needs of photo printing with good enough quality with photo paper media. The duplex feature (printing both sides of the paper at once) is also embedded in this printer although it is still manual duplex.

The procedure for downloading and installing the printer driver 

1. For Windows OS:
