The Xerox B215 is the brand's smallest multifunction device and is light enough to lift easily onto a desk. This is a common form factor for four-in-one with a 50-sheet automatic document feeder sitting on a hinged scanner lid that is larger than the seat printer. To load A4 paper in, you must extend the paper tray back a few inches. That gives the Xerox B215 a deceptively small footprint, while taking up more space on your desk than you might expect.

The Xerox B215 not only prints quickly, it is also very consistent and accurate, especially when it comes to pages of text. It prints with a light touch that gives each character a smooth, well-drawn edge. Long printing runs cause no problems or paper jams with each page looking equally sharp.

>Like most other Xerox printers, the B215 comes out of the box with a driver set to print duplex (two-sided) pages automatically. In this case, we time and record not only the single-sided (simplex) print speed, but also the two-sided score, or automatic duplex. Xerox rates B215 at 31 pages per minute (ppm) in simplex mode and does not publish duplex mode ratings.

Xerox has done well to ensure its entry-level multifunction device has all the essential features a small office might need. This includes duplex printing, Wi-Fi Direct, and a port for a USB flash drive. But the feature that sets this printer apart from most of the multifunction devices in this budget category is the excellent touch screen. It's a shame that the print resolution isn't higher and the build time is slightly faster, but given its consistent print quality, we'd recommend the Xerox B215 to any small business.

The procedure for downloading and installing the printer driver 

1. For Windows OS:
