The machine is slightly faster, proportionally, when printing A3 pages. Printing five pages of text was completed in less than two minutes and an equivalent page of color text and graphics took just under three minutes.

Photo prints are also more on par with competing machines. The Brother printer produced a 15 x 10cm photo in its highest photo mode in 3 minutes 46 seconds, but in default Photo mode it only took 1 minute 39 seconds and there was little visible difference between the two. Printing from an SD card and from the machine's PictBridge socket each took 1 minute 42 seconds. The A3 full-bleed photo takes a coffee break of 14 minutes and 30 seconds.

Print quality is reasonable for text, with only slight unevenness visible around curved characters. Color graphics are also reproduced quite well, although the colors are not very vivid. Black text registration over color is nice.

 The procedure for downloading and installing the printer driver  

1. For Windows OS:

1. Click the download link as shown below then select [Save]
2. Select "Save As", then save to download the selected driver file or by selecting [Run] / [Open]) the file will be automatically installed after the driver is saved. The downloaded file is stored in the place that you specified in the .exe format.
3. Finally, double-click on the .exe file to decompress so that the installation will start automatically.
