In fact, I'm pretty sure more than a few of my clients will use a variant of it, but I'd be hard-pressed to be more certain. And I think this is the crux of the matter – the QL-810W is inoffensive, solid, and can blend in well in any environment.

The QL-810W is capable of printing up to 110 labels per minute, with a print speed of 148 mm/sec. With black and red and white DK rolls, the maximum print speed is 24 mm/sec.

The front of the unit is decorated with six buttons – power, feed, cutter, WPS, WiFi and Editor Lite. All but the last one are self-explanatory. A quick Google says that P-touch Editor Lite is built-in label design software, the main difference being that you can create and print labels without installing a printer driver.

The QL-810W supports both USB and WiFi connections, although the latter requires a USB connection for initial setup. I grabbed the latest driver from the Brother site and followed the instructions in the wizard. The process is hassle-free and the printer is ready to use in minutes.

 The procedure for downloading and installing the printer driver  

1. For Windows OS:

1. Click the download link as shown below then select [Save]
2. Select "Save As", then save to download the selected driver file or by selecting [Run] / [Open]) the file will be automatically installed after the driver is saved. The downloaded file is stored in the place that you specified in the .exe format.
3. Finally, double-click on the .exe file to decompress so that the installation will start automatically.

2. For Macintoch OS

2. Check your computer's settings to set the location for storing the drivers you want to download.
3. Double-click the file to be installed on the Disk Image. Then open the installed Disk Image and set the file folder to start the installation automatically.

3. For Linux OS:

1. The process of downloading and installing can be done very easily, you just need to follow the instruction manual given to the driver that was downloaded in the installation process.
